Throughout 2025, our teams delivered meaningful progress toward our sustainability targets while helping customers lower carbon emissions. Key accomplishments include:

• Reduced absolute greenhouse gas emissions by 10% versus the 2021 baseline
• Increased percentage of electricity attributable to low-carbon and renewable sources to 50%, advancing the company toward its 2035 emissions reduction target
• Products, technologies and services helped customers avoid 98 million metric tons of CO2-equivalent greenhouse gas emissions
• Helped conserve more than 1 billion gallons of water and divert 200 million pounds of waste from landfills
• Provided philanthropic support to approximately 2,100 organizations globally, while employee-led community outreach programs benefited nearly 400,000 people worldwide
