CNBC: 'Mad Money' interview with CEO Sanjiv Lamba

In a December 15 interview on CNBC's "Mad Money," CEO Sanjiv Lamba highlighted Linde's strong business model, explaining how the company is delivering growth regardless of the macroeconomic environment:

"…We're executing more than US$10 billion of project backlog, that's an all-time high. Seven billion of that is in long-term contracts - they'll generate revenue and earnings every year."

Lamba explained that while the industrial backdrop is challenging, more than 35% of Linde's end markets are resilient, including electronics, healthcare, food & beverage. He also noted there are many opportunities ahead: "Aerospace excites me, but particularly commercial space. For more than five decades we’ve been supporting commercial space development. Right now, I'm excited because I see exponential growth there."
