As a truly global company, Linde uses a broad range of financial instruments, including public bonds and notes in different currencies, commercial paper programs, syndicated revolving credit facilities and bank loans. This provides Linde access to global investors and low-cost capital.

Revolving credit facilities

Linde plc, along with Linde Inc., Linde Finance B.V. and Linde GmbH have a USD 5.0 bn syndicated revolving credit facility at their disposal with a final maturity in December 2027, and further a USD 1.5 bn 364-day syndicated revolving credit facility with final maturity in December 2026 with no associated financial covenants.

Both credit facilities are currently fully undrawn.
