Guildford, UK, 26 February 2019 - Linde plc (NYSE: LIN; FWB: LIN) today announced its Board of Directors has declared a 6% increase in the Company's quarterly dividend to $0.875 per share. The dividend is payable on March 22, 2019 to shareholders of record on March 8, 2019.
"Linde is committed to rewarding shareholders with a competitive dividend," said Chief Executive Officer Steve Angel. "As such, we are pleased to raise the quarterly dividend by six percent."
