Our management training focuses on both the strengths and the development needs of our staff. The development needs of an individual member of staff are identified in the course of regular interviews with a more senior manager. Action points are discussed and then included in a staff development plan. The staff development plan may include courses selected from the Group’s list of CPD courses, CPD schemes run by the individual divisions and courses at Linde University. We are keen to promote young professionals from within our own ranks. The Group’s talent management scheme seeks to encourage our most talented employees to deliver outstanding performance in their own interests as well as in the interests of the organisation.
Management training
The virtual Linde University enables Linde AG to offer extensive staff training with sophisticated professional development programmes for the various target groups within the organisation. In collaboration with leading international business schools, Linde AG provides junior staff and middle and senior management with international opportunities for professional development. We also offer specific continuing professional development programmes in our various business segments. Examples include the Linde Gas University and the Linde Project Academy. Our management training schemes are completed by international circles for junior staff who do not yet have management responsibilities.
