Trainee Programme
Graduates fresh from University who are very ambitious can start their career with the Linde Group via a Trainee Programme. This is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive trainee programme understanding of the businesses within the Linde Group, and helps to prepare excellent graduates for getting started in their first job with us.
According to the resprective business unit, we offer business and/or technically-orientated trainee programmes. Generally lasting between 16 and 24 months, these programmes make it possible to gain experience in diverse departments, the chance to work on different projects, and to get to know the various elements of our company.
It’s generally the rule that the trainee programme includes an international placement element.
And another benefit of working in rotation in various departments within Linde is that you get to make great contacts within our organisation – your first good-to-know colleagues as you develop both your career and your network at Linde.
