The term of office of all the members of the Supervisory Board ends with the completion of the Annual General Meeting which ratifies the acts of management for the 2012 financial year (2013 Annual General Meeting). The Supervisory Board is composed of the minimum number of members required by applicable law. At the present this are twelve members, six Board members representing the shareholders and six Board members representing the employees. Also the election of the members shall be governed by applicable law.
