Firstly, you must own shares in Linde. You should automatically get an invitation via your bank, if not, you can request an invitation through your bank or you can send an e-mail to shareholdermeeting@linde.com.
4. Can I participate in the AGM vote without being present?
Shareholders may appoint a proxy to vote at the AGM. The proxy may be an employee of the Linde Group or a third party. The option of proxy voting is indicated on the invitation to attend the Annual General Meeting.
